Usually have no complaints about this place as I’ve been here before a number of times, but today was a different story. Nails were ok, some of the shape of the nails and nails themselves are crooked but nothing too crazy. I didn’t get The guys name, but the machine he used to dry my nails did have “William” on it, I don’t know what his issue was if he was having a bad day. I didn’t ask for anything crazy, just the two colors and a dip powder with the tip. He would get upset that my finger wasn’t completely straight when dipping and i would try and fix it. I can tell he kept getting frustrated as time went on. Once he was done he just smacked my hand and said you’re done and proceeded to walk to the front to check me out quickly. I still said thank you and that I liked them because i don’t like to complain or be rude. I paid my $50 nails and still gave him a 20% tip cash. I said thank you once again and have a good day and he just kept rushing me to sign my receipt. Once o signed i said thank you and he did not even acknowledge me, just took the tip and walked away. I could care less about the nails not being the best, but for him to be completely rude for no reason was uncalled for and rude!

This man thinks everything is funny once you walk in and ask how long the wait is. I had been here since 4 and I am still waiting here for almost 2 hours and also my friend was doing her nails and the lady just walked up and left for her 10 mins break and ended up taking like 30 just to get a baby . I do not recommend this place even tho they do good nails they take so long and are unprofessional at their job!

I did not prefer this salon until I met the nail tech who sits on the right behind the counter. I believe her name was kimmy? I’ve gone to her twice now and she is so consistent. My shape was perfect each time! And she gave me the perfect length. Loved her!

I always have the best experience here I had my son crying and one of the employees helped me carry my son while the nail tech was doing my nails because he kept crying a lot. I felt very horrible and embarrassed my son has always been so calm but he was fussy .
