Critical: Professionalism, QualityLet me start by saying I come here for Amy only. she is very good at what she does and very friendly. However she is on maternity leave and I decided to give the other ladies a chance. A very regretful decision! They started doing my pedicure and fill at the same time, Stopped in the middle of my pedicure and told me to go sit at the nail station because they are going to do my nails first, even after I was already soaking my feet. The lady proceeds to remove my hand polish and has the drill power extremely high and she is nicking my fingers as she does it and the speed of the drill is giving a burning sensation that’s out of the norm. She continues to be very rough and she files my thumb nail too much and I ended up with a curve on the outside of it from her filing too much. I was unhappy and mentioned it to her and she stopped and threw my hand and said to sit on the side and have someone else do it. Now Ivy is the owner or manager of that place and she isn’t very nice either so I know she was listening to all of that and said nothing! I walked out and will never return to that place. Amy! Let me start by saying I come here for Amy only. she is very good at what she does and very friendly. However she is on maternity leave and I decided to give the other ladies a chance. A very regretful decision! Ivy and Amy are my favorite they do an amazing job every time. There can be alil wait because obviously they are good so they do get busy. I recommend an appointment and coming on time. Love it here!! I have been coming here for the last three months and the never disappoint. Always get a full set and pedicure. Ivy and Amy are my favorite they do an amazing job every time. There can be alil wait because obviously they are good so they do get busy. I recommend an appointment and coming on time. Other than that I love love love it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Obviously it’s always better to make an appointment or call ahead to see how long the wait is because they’re so good they get really busy, but they’re very honest and helpful and will let you know if they have time to take you or not. The quality is always amazing not once have I ever had any issues with services. Also very clean and professional environment.
