Very unprofessional!!! Did not show up to a scheduled appointment for my daughters 10th birthday, obviously completely forgot about the appointment because she did not message call or anything. Showed up there to locked doors and now is refusing to give us our refund, so is keeping money that was not earned. I would not recommend a single person here ever. I own and run my own business and I would never be this unprofessional. I guarantee this company will be out of business in the next 6 months.
