The best spa experience in Ohio. The staff is beyond professional from the moment you book your appointment until you leave, which you will never want to do. My mom & I had massages and facials and got to experience the crystal pop up. We got so many goodies. No detail is forgotten. The place is absolutely pristine and otherworldly. I cannot wait to be back and it truly made our entire month.

Get a massage here with Patrick! I booked The Healer session with him, and I found him to be an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled practitioner. He’s especially wonderful at listening to what I needed, and he happily answered any questions I had. I was nervous at first because it was my first time at Paloma, but he was great at easing me into the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

While I thoroughly enjoyed my Swedish massage with Cashay – she was phenomenal and I would highly recommend her to anyone – I had a few issues with Paloma. I booked a couples massage package for a fun date to ring in the new year, but we were both in separate rooms and went into the rooms ten minutes apart. My expectation with any couples massage package is to be experiencing the massage together for the duration of the appointment. Unfortunately if I had known the “package” was actually just multiple appointments at the same location I probably wouldn’t have booked it for a date. We enjoyed the massages but we enjoyed them separately, which is contrary to the idea of a “couples” experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they did everything they could to ensure my experience was the best.

I love massages! I get them every 3 weeks and had been wanting to try PALOMA’s CBD massage. I got a deep tissue 90 Minute. I didn’t get either of those. My massage was cut short and I asked twice for deeper pressure /more attention in my neck and even said something again on the table. My muscles are still in discomfort. It was a nice massage and the therapist was nice, but I needed more work than relaxation. Speaking of relaxation I was scared from my relaxed state from a loud bell that they ring at the end?¿??¿ For me it’s not worth the price. Also come early so you can find parking! Other than that beautiful spot and unique retail.

Tiera is the best and I’ve never had a better massage from anyone else! Not only does she have technique and strength, but she has the ability to provide such a healing and relaxing experience. She listens to what areas you may want to focus on but has the ability to zero in on what your body actually needs! I hesitated writing this review, because I’m slightly scared her schedule will be even MORE booked up now, but I have to sing her praises and express how transformative and healing my experience has been with her!

I’ve been here probably 3-4 times now and I cannot give this place enough stars. Every time I walk through those doors, the staff is so kind and friendly. The vibes are incredible and you will feel total relaxation as soon as you walk in. My most recent therapist, Akasha, was truly the best. I have never had a better massage and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I told her places to avoid due to severe sensitivity and she executed perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about her and will be requesting her each and every time I return. I would also recommend the CBD gummies that they offer! It makes the experience that much greater. You are so in tune with whatever service you are receiving and it quiets your mind to enjoy every second of your time there. Would highly highly highly recommend Paloma!

The only reason this review isn’t getting 5 stars is because there’s no relaxation lounge before or after massage. That would be a game changer for this spa. I give the overall spa experience 3/5 but the massage a 5/5

Really wanted to like this place. Boyfriend and I went and had facials, woman working on me was judgmental, not kind at all and literally hit my face for a few minutes. Seemed like an odd thing to do, especially to a pregnant woman who came there to relax and feel cared for. When we shared this feedback the response was “sorry you had a bad time, everyone really likes her.” Hmmmk. Do not recommend this place.

I went here the other day for a “before New Year”, aura photography session. I didn’t know that I was going to have an interpretation session after the photography. I didn’t relate to anything that was said in the spiritual sense, because I have my own indigenous ancestral practices that I follow and I’m not into New Age or generalized Spirituality, So nothing that was said felt like it was for me, but the photography part was pretty cool. I would recommend if you’re a New Age spiritualist, you probably would like it but if you practice your own ancestral spiritual practices or you’re a BIPOC, you might not sit right with the tarot and spiritual interpretation after the photography session. My experience was pleasant. The staff was kind and accommodating.
