I really wish I lived closer! The staff here make this spa really wonderful: they’re incredibly patient with their customers and more knowledgeable than any tanning spa I’ve gone to. They run a very tight, clean, great smelling shop. Usually I’m not given as many options or as much guidance as I got here: thanks to their know-how I now know more about what I want from future tans. Thank-you, ladies!

Such a fantastic place! Always so welcoming no matter the time of day. I have never had a bad experience with any Palm Beach locations, but this one is absolutely my favorite! Terrible management at this location, I had a surgery on July 2021 and I asked to froze my account, I already paid for my July, they promised that they ll froze my account and they will activate it when I’m ready, and they will give me store credit for the full month cause I didn’t use even 1 time tanning in July, when I came there to reactivate my account there were another manager and she was very rude with me and it’s look like they didn’t filled out clear my application, and they said that I have to pay more than $100, cause there are some extra fees. It was a very long speech, we called to previous girl who froze my account and she said that I’m right, and I used it ONCE and after that they send me an email that I owe them $218.85 !!! I don’t understand why and what kind of service they have, I DONt recommend this place at all, since they change the management at the location, they don’t filled out clear your information and you are gonna owe them a lot of money, even if you say stop it and froze my account I don’t wanna use tanning for some time, they will still send you bills
