The place is less then average. Just needed a quick manicure because my nails were really bad, however the end result was not worth it. I could have done this at home. And the nail technician cut me on two fingers multiple times, because she had me soak my hands for less then five minutes. I am no expert, but you soak the cuticles to soften the skin and have it removed easier. And the smell. OMG, I got a quick brow wax while there, just a little clean up. She took me to the back of the salon had me sit in a dirty, crusty chair, bad enough, but then the small. Ugh, it smelled like a fish tank. Never again!!!+

Overall,bad unfriendly, unethical, ungrateful staffs and manager is the worst of all. You spent your hard-earned money, and yet you have to face judgemental looks. As if your money is draining down the pitholes.. They think they deserve to get more tips?? Just plainly “ungrateful ” is all I can comment. The services rendered isn’t tip-top BUT they expected tip-top tips?? Just praying they keep a sound conscientious mindset. Respect individual customers equally and just do their services with good attitude and manners. Don’t feel like coming back here again. I came repeatedly coz it’s nearby my home. Period. Got my nails and my daughters nails done here on MONDAY, we both got gel polish, manicure and a pedi.. $100 for both of us I left a $20 tip.. it’s now Tuesday and the gel has chipped not just a little chip but it’s pretty big. I’m going tomorrow (Wednesday) to see if they can fix this. My daughters nails are absolutely worse.. I don’t even think they did gel on her to be honest…

Some of the staff is very friendly but there is a strong language barrier with some of the employees that made it difficult for them to truly understand the services you were asking. However, someone else came in that may be a regular customer cause they greeted her right away. They told her the wait was 25 minutes. However, someone else came in that may be a regular customer cause they greeted her right away. They told her the wait was 25 minutes. I’ve been going here for years to get my brows waxed. Best price I’ve found. I did my nails for the first time there last week and they did an excellent job. It’s definitely no frills though.They have their waxing stuff set up on what looks like a TV tray. And old computer chairs to sit. But, they get the job done at a cheap price.
