I finally gave up on this tanning salon today. Everything about this location is about over selling. It’s legitimately obnoxious. Every time I go in, they try to sell me on something else. All I want to do is go tanning, but I feel like I’m walking into a used car dealership. It’s super unprofessional, and time consuming. I have asked many times for them not to try to tell me anything else. When I did finally purchase a higher package, they conveniently raised the rates, so I saved no money. If that is their business model, I have no interest in going anymore. Today the front desk girl (assistant manager) told me that her job was to make commissions. Crazy that I thought her job was to get me into a tanning bed as quickly as possible. No thank you.

I went in Sunday evening, and was not greeted and hardly helped by Anne H. We went in at 6:30, and we were out by 6:50, they close at 7, so we made sure we had plenty of time. I went in to get a single spray, and she was not helpful at all, she just looked irritated that someone would even bother her. I also bought my younger sister a spray tan, and was told it was $30, when I asked if they still did $15 sprays for under 18, she told me that they don’t advertise it and they only do that if you ask. I managed the AF palm beach location a while back, and that had never been the case. Unless times are that tough, I think she just wanted the extra commission. She slammed the cabinet doors while grabbing our product, slammed the spray tan doors, and continued to slam doors in other rooms while we were tanning. It was more than she was just having a bad day, and wasn’t friendly. She was rude, unwelcoming, not helpful, and it makes me not want to tan there ever again. Awful customer service. I can’t imagine going in there as a first timer. I would’ve walked out.

I had some issues with my account membership and Kylie totally took care of me and has great costumer service! She is the sweetest and always calls me by name. Love the girls here and love the Draper location.

I have only been going to Palm Beach Tan in Draper on a few months but I just love the costumer service. If you every get a chance to go ask for Kylie Subweeks ,she is amazing. She has helped me from the start and been very helpful.

They said they had an hour wait with three girls in the lobby and to go to the sandy location. I showed up at the sandy location to see at least 15 girls in the lobby. So frustrated with the staff here. Not friendly at all and pushed their workload onto another location. Unprofessional.

I’ve been coming here for a few months, and had a better experience here than it’s competitors. They don’t push sales on you, and are all very kind. They’re quick to get you in a bed and have great alternative beds if the one you want is taken. A few of them have recognized me and called me by name which makes me feel more comfortable. I also like that there’s a variety of employees who don’t all look like the same person, like some of the competing salons. The pricing is better here than at other places I’ve been. My only “complaint” is that I get survey emails but for some reason can’t get the email with the app invite so I can use the app
