Critical: Punctuality, ValueSo I’ve been here 3 times. 1 of the 3 times I had a good experience. The first time was ok. Nothing special. The second time was good. But this last time was it. No more queen bees. First off I called for a 530 appointment for pedicure & refill. I get there on time 525 My pedicure started and was good. Then a different lady does my nails. A refill. I don’t get out if there until 8PM! The woman stopped atleast 5 times to do different things. I asked for 2 marble nail designs. Smh. This was not marble. Not even close. She gave me a few tiger stripes and that was all. Super disappointed. To top it off she charged me $75. And told me $45 for my nails and it was supposed to be $50 for just my nails as if she was doing me a favor…. nice lady but bad service. And $45 for a refill. So I’ve been here 3 times. 1 of the 3 times I had a good experience. The first time was ok. Nothing special. The second time was good. But this last time was it. No more queen bees. First off I called for a 530 appointment for pedicure & refill. I get there on time 525 My pedicure started and was good. Then a different lady does my nails. A refill. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe woman messed up on my nails. I think they may have taken her break away from her or something because she was rushing and stressed. She told me to come back the next day and she would fix it. When I went back I believe I was dealing with the owner at this point who tried to charge me for the nail that was already messed up. After going back and forth with her she was getting annoyed as she offered more of a “discount”. I remember just wanting to get out of there so I said whatever. The woman was frustrated and rushing. Mind I believe this was one of the owners who I was speaking with and shes the one who ended up “fixing” my nails. She actually cut my finger! That’s never happen to me anywhere ive ever gone before. Then she offers me half off whatever she insisted on me paying anyways. It was the first and worst experience ive ever had at any salon and it was also my first visit at this salon. The woman messed up on my nails. I think they may have taken her break away from her or something because she was rushing and stressed. She told me to come back the next day and she would fix it. When I went back I believe I was dealing with the owner at this point who tried to charge me for the nail that was already messed up.
