DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT get scammed by this company. I was told one thing in store about cancelling or suspending my service while traveling to a location that does not have a store and now they refuse to stop my billing. I was told by the clerk in the store to “come in on the last day of the month to cancel or suspend”, today is August 31st. I will be disputing my charges and filing a report with the better business bureau for poor practices. I was told I signed an agreement for the billing when I was in store, I was never shown ANYTHING to sign. When I asked if they have cameras and can prove that I was shown a document to sign in was told “yes there are cameras, but I have to go by the signed agreement”. How does that not even make sense? I was told the girl at the counter “rotates her computer screen which is on a swivel for the customer to read the agreement before signing,” again I was never shown ANYTHING and was told I was signing for my credit card. I’ve attached a picture of such monitor and it is not on a swivel nor was it moved or touched in anyway for me to read the screen.

Jessica from billing has the worst customer service. She refused to refund me my money after another location illegally charged me for the wrong services. I had to call multiple times over a 25 days period and which was told by multiple managers and staff members that I was getting a refund to continue to wait for it. As the weeks, went by I finally contacted the “billing” department left a detailed message regarding the situation. Jessica called me back and told me they were never going me issue me a refund and I then told her this was the first time hearing about this in which she was rude and said that there must of been a miss understanding. I told her, “ no, multiple people looked up my account and it stated my refund was done I just had to wait! I told Jessica this was unacceptable and needed someone else in which she refused and hanged up on me! Unprofessional, rude and unacceptable!

Highly unprofessional, rude, and uneducated on their own policy’s. Nicole has given me falsified information regarding my contract a few months back. After going in today to submit my cancellation she stated she no longer has the ability to view my contract information in the system and that ” they only have access to allow people to tan”. I knew this was incorrect. She continued to smile and laugh with no consideration for my frustration. I was then given the incorrect number to customer service, which is closed on the weekends, to leave a message. The automated message directs you to your local store for questions on your contract and cancelation, yet she was unable to help? Its very upsetting this is the way people conduct their business. Save your money, do not go here.

I come in there to get a tan every so often with no issues. The customer service has always been great. Now the past few times I have been there the lady that works the front desk has had a little attitude. I don’t know what it is but it usually is great customer service. The products there are great though. Hopefully next time I go in the attitude will be better.

I used to work at a tanning salon so when I finally pulled the plug for unlimited spray tan I was super excited. I wish I would of gotten the girls name who helped me the first time I went she was AMAZING!!!! Although I’m not sure if their spray machines work well there. I paid the extra $5 for a dark bronze tan and literally hardly saw a change. I went in two days later paid another $5 this transaction was a little different the lady was very rude wouldn’t let me pay cash even tho the girl before said I could always pay cash as long as I have exact change. Regardless went in again didn’t really see a difference. So since you can go to any at the beach tanning salons I went to the one by park meadows. This time I got medium bronze to see if I was crazy and I was not. I’m more dark on the medium at the park meadows location then I was with dark at the hampden location. Maybe they should get a new machine or look and see if the coloring needs to be changed.

Just want to say that the staff at the W Hampden location in Englewood CO are always helpful and friendly. I usually come in when Candace is working and she is always smiling, engaging and knowledgeable. I really like their high-tech equipment and at my age the red light treatment is very important. I even signed up for their unlimited annual membership!
