Critical: QualityFirst of a the girls that work there are very nice and this has nothing to do with them.My issue is we went there for a couple of tans because we’re going on vacation. We bought the 2 tans for $70 and went with the tier 4 beds. So we’re paying $35 for 12 minutes and the machine I got in (room 17) the controls for the face light intensity is broken. I try to turn on the music, oh it’s broken. Here’s my deal. If I’m paying $35 bucks for 12 minutes please make sure that the equipment is up to it’s tier 4 premium pricing. As a previous member of a well known tanning spa (GloSun Spa), I loved the free 1 time guest pass. The guest pass was for any tanning bed including the best of the spa. This was a great deal, most of my guest turned into members. Unfortunately today I brought in a guest to my tanning spot in league city and she was charged $33+tax, she was offered a free 3 day guest pass for the most unused tanning beds (level 1s) only. I found that to be such a horrible way of marketing your product to prospective members. Also, customer service coming from a very thin blonde is horrible.
