The manager Renee Moore is the most unprofessional PBT staff I have ever encountered. She told me that you can’t use the spray tan machine that uses custom blends unless you pay for a custom blend which Conway confirmed wasn’t true. She talked over me many times to try and force me into buying add on custom blends after I told her I was charged a lot more than expected the previous time and only wanted what came with my membership. She rudely stated, you have an attitude and the versa with medium is where you’ll go do you know how to use it and I said I’d used it before and she walked away and took forever to turn it on. Don’t belittle customers for no add ons and argue, I said I only wanted what came with what I paid for, quit up selling after I said NO. I was already kind enough to not complain when I was surprised with $30 more than expected last time as the custom blend price was not explained. She also won’t allow you to use the free tan birthday coupon without trying to push a sales gimmick on you, and she’s childish. She further acts clueless about their 30 day money back guarantee policy.

Got a discounted spray tan from my friend referring me and I believe this is the best one I’ve gotten so far. I usually do my own self tanning with products I buy in-store but I thought why not with Easter this weekend. The moment I walked it I was greeted by an experienced employee who was more than helpful with all my questions, she even customized my undertones in her very own concoction and let me tell you the color is perfect! Her instructions in the booth were so helpful and really made a difference in how my tan came out. I can’t recommend them enough!!

I signed up for a Gold Membership, and I’ve already got a good base tan after 4 sessions. I had a two ladies show around and sign me up when I came in, and recommend a wonderful tanning bed lotion. My experience is quick and easy when I tan, and the staff is always happy to answer any questions I have. 100% recommend!
