Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCalled to get in for a spray tan, the guy was very unhelpful, I literally got hung up on before I finished asking questions. I had a limited time frame and mentioned that, he informed me that even if I was only interested in a one time spray tan that I would HAVE to be “given a tour of the entire facility including the tanning beds (which I mentioned I have zero interest in) and then pitched on pricing.” He literally said pitched what a great salesman. I do appreciate his honesty, letting me know the process is lengthy, but come on… you’re going to throw business away when people are ready to buy? For like $80/mo, I can tan, all levels, spray tan daily, which is just fun since I work in the summer. So my tan is seriously dark for someone that never has time for summer activities, and they have the new red light therapy beds. I read the Harvard journal of medicine about these red light Beds, and while they do not give you color, what they will do is apparently help with cellular rejuvenation, oxygenation, and cellular repair of scars, stretch marks, and damage skin from sun beds or rays. So I feel like this is some thing you should do after your 10 just to kind of see if it helps not damage your skin fully. This is my favorite place to go. So complicated to buy a package here! I’m going where I control my time and my money. Initiation fees and automatic withdrawals! I’ve trained for years and have never had such a complicated time trying to buy a package. The gentleman at the counter mumbled under his mail and spoke so quickly that I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying. It was like signing a Cell phone contract!
