I have lived in south county all my life and it has been so many years since I went tanning I decided to restart my subscription. The employees were very kind, patient and helpful at my south county location. I was able to restart my subscription for only a $20 start up fee and they had a promo going on at the beginning of the month for the level 3 bed at no extra cost. I used that month and then froze my account for a few months. I moved to Arnold last year and went to that location. I went at the beginning of the month again, same as last time to restart my subscription but as it turns out, I had to repay my start up fee ($20) plus pay for which level bed I wanted and all I could afford was the level 1 bed which turned out to cost $45 all together!!! I thought ok, well, I am just trying to touch up my tan. Their level 1 bed there has the OLDEST BULBS! The first time I have ever actually felt cold in a tanning bed!!!! I went every other day for the entire month and did not get tan whatsoever! I cancelled of course after that. The next month was my birthday, I came in the day after my birthday for the promo tan. I have been using the free birthday promo tan for yearssss at Palm beach tan. Well, when I tried to use it here, they told me since it has not been 365 days since I last used it that I would have to wait 19 more days to be able to use it! I was like but that would take us into next month which is a month after my birthday?? They said that’s the only way they could do it. Sketchy. So I waited 19 days, went back and the manager was there. She said that since my membership was not active, I couldn’t use my birthday tan!!! HA!! Really?! That’s a first because I have been using it during my birthday month every year at other Palm Beach locations for years!! I left and went to my south county location. The girl at the south county location got me into a bed in less than 15 seconds for my birthday tan. ❤️ AVOID THE ARNOLD LOCATION!!!!!! Their lower level beds have dirt old bulbs!! The manager is the worst person I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!! She will do whatever she can to prevent you from tanning unless you offer her all of your money!!! I also spoke to some people around Arnold, turns out this manager has burnt a lot of their old customers and they stopped going there as well because of her.

Multiple times I was told the beds were broken or full and to go to another location. The last time they turned me away I finally decided to cancel my membership. I spoke to the manager about this but she said she would call back and never did. After leaving 3 unreturned messages with the “Customer Care” number I gave up. The last time they turned me away I finally decided to cancel my membership. My daughter and I went in there today and decided to sign up for a tanning package. It was busy. Shame on the person in charge of the work schedule. 1 girl was registering a new customer and there was another lady there that seemed to have been trying to leave for the day but kept helping because it was super busy. Please realize 1 person cannot run this store during peak times. Maybe during the slow season 1 person is plenty but this time of year, come on now. The wait time was horrible. (I am not faulting the girls. I fault the manager for poor scheduling) The young lady that was helping us was running back and forth cleaning beds, signing returning customers in and trying to get us registered. I wanted to just leave but my daughter had already started registering for a new membership so I waited. The young lady that was waiting on us is ( I think her name is Ellie) super nice and did her very best to take the time to answer our questions in between other customers. So from one manager to another: get these girls some help in there. The price of new contracts (I spent over $200 today and so did my daughter), monthly fees and the cost of product is more than enough to staff this place properly. Please get these girl’s some help or give them a raise! 5 stars for the young lady that signed us up but 1 star for the wait and process.

I have had a membership here for a long time, and so I pay a lot of money. Things go smoothly for the most part besides a here and there. But unfortunately, about a week and a half ago I had a terrible experience at the Arnold location, and no one returned my call about being upset. I was set back over an hour being tied up at the salon, and ended up just needing to drive to an entirely different location. Still waiting to hear from customer service. Disappointed.

Was told my versa pro, an extra spray to legs was only $35, but was charged $42, also did not really have much color after asking for the darkest color. My legs weren’t tan at all… very disappointed.
