I scheduled an appointment, but waited 30 min for a chair. My gel manicure is lumpy. My daughter’s acrylic nails with regular polish peeled within 24 hours and her toe nail chipped. The nail tech acted like that was to be expected with regular polish, but never in the 20 years of getting my acrylics painted with regular polish has that happened, let alone in the 24 hours after. 2nd less than satisfying experience. Will not be back.

I do not recommend this salon. The empty parking lot on a Saturday afternoon should’ve been a red flag. Techs rudely greeted everyone who walked in the door and turned to look at the clock every time. It felt like they had somewhere else they needed to be even though it was several hours before closing time. I asked for one tip to be redone after it was cut way too short and I was given an attitude, with her trying to tell me it in fact wasn’t too short. It took her less than 5 minutes to fix. She proceeded to talk to the tech beside her in their native language and it definitely felt like they were bad mouthing me… whether they were or not, it made me very uncomfortable. My nails are shaped oddly and started chipping the next day. Also, the color on my toes did not match what I showed her I wanted. She was moving so quickly that it took about half the time it takes other techs at other places.

Worst and quickest pedicure ever. The tech was too worried about the screaming kids in the place to focus on nails. She stopped in the middle of the 1 minute massage several times to talk and see what the kids were doing. Cuticles were not done. Heel started peeling as soon as I left and nails are streaky.
