I was in bed 6 and I am not sure if the hydraulic arms were broken but the lid sat on my breasts and when I took a breath my abdomen hit as well. I only weigh 175 lbs if I used the plastic head rest my face was touching the acrylic Was told I couldn’t stop and retain my time because it had already been in the computer. I called from the room after 3 minutes. No solution was offered. I wasted my high dollar lotion and my time. Very dissatisfied. I will stay in Olive Branch where they have problem solvers.

The ladies who work here are so incredibly nice! I would give 5 stars based on their service and cleanliness standards. The reason I am knocking 1 star off is due to your product refund policy. I bought the big bottle of Emerald. I applied it twice and suddenly my entire body broke out in a rash. I did not tan for about week, as I was applying cortisone to my body during this time. When I returned after the rash subdued, I explained what happened and that the only change in my life was the Emerald lotion. It was explained to me that the window of opportunity had already passed. I had literally bought the stuff maybe 10 days prior to this happening and records would indicate that I only tanned twice after buying it and then laid off a week, supporting what I am saying happened. Again, the staff is amazing and the only reason I am sticking around for now. But after losing over $100 I am looking into other options and asking about their refund policy on products as I do my research.

Highly recommend using Palm Beach Tan!! The Collierville branch has the most helpful, informative, efficient, nicest employees! The facility is very clean and the spray tanning machines are state-of-the-art. The standing manager was very professional, easy to work with and kind. If you are considering for your next event or trip a beautiful tan – come here!

I only went to this place once with a friend because she needed a spray tan for a big event. The place is nice/clean inside which is a BIG PLUS! The ladies we meet at the front desk were very nice & informative about the packages they sell and how the spray tan booth works. Would definitely go back!!

I go on average once per week to get some UV exposure for a skin condition. Most of the employees are very kind but I don’t appreciate the aggressive sales tactics for lotions and skincare. I get that most clients are there to get a tan but I’m here because the UV treatments at my dermatologist were twice the price per month.

Alex, Chelsea, and Brittney are the BEST!!! They know what they are talking about and when you ask their opinion about a lotion or a mystic product they take the time to tell you what will work the best for your skin type. The prices are great, the beds are clean, and they give fantastic customer service. Jack is also wonderful but they sent him to Germantown 🙁 I highly recommend this place over the chain tanning places (Tan n g*)….

I went in to try to get the simple package and the girl kept telling me it wasn’t available to me. Tried to sell me a 180 package when I wanted to tan once. And then called another location and they said they did offer a simple package. The girl wasn’t nice about it either. Stay away from this location!

Went in the other day employee wasn’t nice at all and extremely fake which I hate! She was very rude and not pleasant to deal with my friend was with me as well and when we walked out she said what was her problem.

Manager here is a little pushy about the lotion he suggests you using but I have to say he knows what he is talking about! I am very fair skinned and I have yet to peel or be completely miserable because of it! And it’s all because he convinced me to get 3 bottles of stuff to care for my skin with.
