I very rarely go to the Vestavia location, but will be back much more because of your consultant Hannah. I recently upgraded my membership from Level 1 to Level 3 at another location and was given an “I don’t know” when asked how to operate the new beds. I asked Hannah about the bed when I was in today and she not only answered my question, but went above and beyond to show me how to use the buttons/controls and connect to the bed via bluetooth. It’s refreshing to see someone so polite and professional in customer service nowadays. Thank you Hannah!

Only did half my body! I went here for the first time while at school down here to get a spray tan before the beach. They put me in a room and I got all ready. The machine didn’t work. The voice speaker was barely able to be heard but not in the tanning bed. It wouldn’t turn on. Didn’t work. So they moved me to another room. Took forever for it to load up. I completed my cycle doing all formations and it finished. I didn’t feel like it’d done everything and I should have another spray but it’d done all of it and said to exit. I still waited several minutes in the machine for it to finish because I felt part of me wasn’t done. But nothing else happened. Well it only did half my body. The right half of my front has no spray tan. Half my face is tan the other is pale. My chest. There is very noticeable division. Awful!! How embarrassing. I’d told them in both rooms that it wasn’t working. They didn’t really care. Never go here!!! Never going back and no one else should. This is ridiculous. I’ve had to buy self tanner spray to try and hopefully correct this mess they’ve cost. That alone cost me more than the spray tan. This place is terrible. I’ve never had a bad spray tan experience anywhere else

They make the tanning experience too difficult. I walked in to tan for my 8 minutes mind you and they said no I can’t tan until 2 cause I tanned yesterday at 2 wth. So You’re saying I have to wait 24 hours because I tanned for eight minutes yesterday it’s 1:30 btw. So you basically have to tan on their time not yours. Been to a lot of tanning places and never ran into that. Then I tried To call and cancel my package and they told me I had to do it in person LOL I don’t even live in the area. It’s a tanning place don’t make things complicated for people

Forewarning: the tanning packages are expensive and all monthly! I wish they had “minute” packages instead because I don’t go every day. That being said, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! They make sure to go through stages with you (different levels of beds at different time increments) so that you don’t get burned and get as much as you can for the package you sign up for. I really think that they go above and beyond for the clients and truly give them the service they are paying for.
