Their beds are good, but the staff is unprofessional and rude. The prices are outrageous they mark up their products over 50%. As for the quality of their beds as an avid tanner I would say they are no better than the rest unless you try the upgraded package level 3 and 4 beds which are awesome but there is only one, and you wait forever for them. They use to do call ahead privileges, for their premier members, but after they signed me up and deducted the amount they decided to do away with that as well. The girls do not clean up their beds, I watched one just put the towel and goggles on the bed without cleaning it, and they talk about customers at the desk. I would steer clear of this place unless you want to pay exorbitant amount and deal with snotty teenagers and dirty beds. There are plenty of really good places to tan in the area…don’t go here, I don’t anymore

Contrary to the horrible reviews of this tanning facility I actually throughly enjoy this establishment. The staff are very knowledgable on the products and even the promotions. The tanning beds are always well kept up with and tidy. One thing that stands out about this place is that I only bought a one month membership for the platinum level for prom and I was told what exact day I should stop the membership so I would not be charged for another month. Of course after the month I was hooked on this great find of mine and I continued and still continue to tan with this Palm beach tan location to this very day. I highly recommend going here instead of anywhere else.

Have try’d a couple of the different tans there!! Mystic tan is my favorite with the little extras cost about $30ish. Staff is super nice and my tan always turns out so beautiful !!! Even when i had an issue with a tan messing up once, the staff and manager were quick and kind to make things right !!! Extra products are a little expensive don’t be afraid to say no when they try to up-sell you. They’re just doing their job and won’t be mad at you if you say no.

I was really happy with the service I got here! I just moved to the area and I needed a place to start tanning and they were so helpful they gave me a tour around and showed me all the beds and explained everything to me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to tan.

I bought a 3 spray tan package and used 1 the day I bought it and i went back today to use another one and was told they expired. I had no idea there was an expiration date of 45 days after purchase in which I was informed today. She offered me a Bogo but there was no way I was going to get taken for the 2nd ride.
