After EXTENSIVE research, I decided on Milan because the procedures are performed by real nurses (shout out to Sarah who is the best!), they offer payment plans, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a reaction to one of the areas that was treated (super rare and not Milan’s fault) and the 24/7 nurse line was so incredibly helpful, and I was refunded for that treatment when I decided not to continue with treatments. Amazing customer service! The areas I have treated are almost hair free! I would definitely recommend!!

Love love love ladies this is just an all around amazing place with great energy and conversation. I’ve been coming here for about a year after ending a bad relationship and this was a gift to myself and let me tell you these ladies have been such a positive part of my journey and have always provided amazing results to my body hair. I have 3 areas I get lasered (armpits, naval, full Brazilian) and I’ve have 7 sessions now and I’ve seen 85% hair loss. Both receptionist Rachel and the other beautiful ladies make entering and exiting a pleasure. The technicians and staff and educated and friendly – I recently did a session with Layla and she was training Perry and it was so positive and relieving. I’ve had no issues with the laser on me being darker skinned just amazing results and I would recommend highly to anyone. It’s staff like this that make these experiences pleasurable!
