Overall, the place is nice & fairly priced. However, one of the workers frequently has friends over hanging out and smoking inside while she works the counter. Every time i’ve been here when she is working, there are never any towels on the beds as per usual when others are running the shop. Would be 5 stars otherwise. Tanning

This store is so clean! Even behind the beds! You actually had room to sit down and change for tanning! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. She actually explained the beds to the customers not just tell them a number she took you to the room and explained the settings and the emergency turn off buttons! Will definitely use this store!

This one has really went down hill!! I’ve been 3 times now and it’s been closed when it should be open, supposedly it’s due to not having enough employees! Why would you wait to hire when you know you need people there to work??? As much money as I and others spend here you would think they would at least offer a discount or free upgrades or something!!! Bad business!!!

Got there only to be told that their system is down and that no one could use the beds. Unprofessional. Yes, things happen, but Ultratan expects my money to be there at the beginning of every month, so I expect to be able to use the beds when I go there. Wasted my gas to drive there and had to turn right back around. Gas isn’t cheap, people.
