Great place. I like the ease of access to go in and get my tan on. Love the spay tan ability don’t like that I pay like 150 and have to pay for additives which is like another 50 bucks to make sure the tan looks normal. So prices are not for me.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI’ve been coming to palm beach for a long time now. I’ve always received great service. But, this evening I was greeted by Taylor E., she was an absolute DOLL. She informed me of all the promos I had linked to my account and I ended up rolling along with one. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable.. just all around a complete JOY. She even warned me when I came out of the room that the floor was wet before I entered the lobby area so that I wouldn’t slip (yes there were wet floor signs but it’s the principle of it). 10/10 will start utilizing the colonial heights location more! I’ve been coming to palm beach for a long time now. I’ve always received great service. But, this evening I was greeted by Taylor E., she was an absolute DOLL. She informed me of all the promos I had linked to my account and I ended up rolling along with one. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable.. just all around a complete JOY. Since I’m not a resident of this state I had to buy a single tan which was 25 bucks. She told me she would only put me in for 7 to 8 minutes so I said ok, thinking she knew better than I. Woke up the next morning and it looked like I hadn’t tanned at all. So I called to see if there was something they could do for me, maybe a half price..m but she was very sparky and short. Didn’t help me at all. Also the only allow 3 people in at once which was super over paranoid. Went somewhere else and had a great experience.

I went in to do a spray tan in the Versa and they did not have my “color” in stock- claimed it was on backorder. She proceeded to say that no matter what PBT I went to that this would be the case. BTW, I called the Chester location and they had several extra that could have been given to this store but apparently the management at this one either 1.) Didn’t care 2.) Too lazy to call and ask. The girl said I can put you in the Mystic – but it will cost extra. Somehow, it was my fault the color I wanted was on back order. Other PBT’s I’ve been to, wouldn’t have hesitated to comp the Mystic. She wasn’t too friendly and it seemed as her job was just a paycheck. I ended up not paying as I didn’t have any way to pay on me and ended up getting a color I did not want. The next time I went in, I spoke to Andrea and she said actually the color isn’t on backorder it’s being discontinued and a new color was replacing it. Amazing. Anyways, poor customer service and professionalism.
