I’ve given this place a couple chances because a friend recommended it, but they always mess up my designs and make me bleed. First time I go in I ask for a soak off and the lady starts ripping off my nails and continues to do so even after my nails were bleeding. Went in and to get a pedicure tech had a bad attitude take also cut me with her little drill hammer toe bleeding and then I’d let the techno hi one of my toes done but she’s telling me how she wanted to be done and I’ll let her know that I with the client and dad L5 want something done it was up to me how I wanted it done versus how she wanted to be done

Took my mom to get nails done and she asked the staff if she could do her nails like she had them. She was a little rude. Mom said her if you dont want to she can wait for other lady. She said ok she can do them. While she was doing them she started speaking in her own language which appeared as if she was talking about mom. So she ask if she can speak english bcuz it seemed that she was talking about her then the male tech jumped in and said she wasnt talking about you in a very rude tone. Overall started off rude accommodated bcuz lady did start doing nails you could tell she didnt want to, mom wasn’t happy while getting nails done. Mom didn’t want to tip due to attitude of lady. They still charged her card even though she said No. Not going back again. Need better customer service to all customers.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I have no complaints at all. They’re so patient with me! (can take me awhile to pick a color lol) I’ve been to about 5 other shops in the area and the prices were drastic for the work done. This place is pretty affordable especially for a gel acrylic set!
