The therapist stands on the table while holding onto bars overhead for stability and support. Technique consists of deep compression and gliding strokes along with assisted stretching.I have consistent issues with my neck, shoulders and back due to long term wear and term and require deep tissue work to break through the knots and assist with stretching things out.Palm and Sole Massage was recommended to me by another massage therapist who when she needs work goes to Palm and Sole.Made an appointment with Saderia who has the training in Ashiasiu. Set up for an hour session.The business is not as easy to find as you might like. It is blocked by trees and is in the back corner of a parking lot with other businesses in the front.Inside the business, the area is spacious, comfortable and relaxing.Saderia took my info and got my history. The session started and Saderia slowly worked up to full pressure with her feet. The compression from the feet due to weight and leverage can get deeper than other therapy techniques using elbows and forearms.It was an outstanding session and really worked things out. Bonus: releasing stress toxins is good for your immune system.I loved that Saderia had multiple massage modalities depending on your needs. Wasn’t just the usual spa fluff — although she has basic relaxation techniques perfected too. I have tried several masseuses. Big differences in skill level. Saderia is top level and reasonable. You will definitely get your money’s worth. It isn’t really a splurge when you feel like taking on the world. Downtime is good for productivity.I just talked myself into going soon…it is worth my now 20 mile drive. Hot stones please. Focus on my neck and shoulders, sciatica, and lower arms.
