I attended rude dirty Salon and for a hair color and cut/blow wave by Galina. I left there with black roots and yellow, brittle, broken/destroyed hair, with a definite line around my head, like I was dipped in an ink pot. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, the whole place is clowns!, she replied ‘not interested’ and hung the phone up on me, she refused to make my hair right or offer ANY kind of refund or compensation. My husband visited the salon to discuss, and she was incredibly rude, folding her arms when he offered hand shake, and closing the door behind him after asking him to step into stairwell to discuss. My hair is RUINED and the way they treated us was disgusting. Plenty of hair/waxing etc salons in NYC. in you want to look like a clown and your going to a Circus… Don’t use, you will be sorry.

I went to this place 1st time and Carmen was assigned as my hair dresser. I asked for highlights and Bob haircut. Showed her pics for both how i wanted color and haircut. After 4 hrs and $175. I got hair color that looked nothing like what i wanted but it wasn’t that bad so i was like ok this is fine. But haircut was nooo way near bob cut. I had nice heavy hair, She literally just chopped my hair from anywhere and everywhere. Most disgusting and ugly looking haircut i everrrr had. I feel embarrassed to even walk around with hair like that. Would never go back to this place.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLana did an amazing job! Shes on point, fast and professional! I have not cut my hair in 8 years and she did a fantastic job! My mother and I went to her and within 2 hours we were done. Extremely friendly! Great atmosphere in the salon as well. Will be returning for sure!

I went on a Sunday made an appt.at 2pm and they closed at 3 the lady’s at the shop where not happy because it was a last minute appt. and I said that when you called they should have mention the hour of closing to me but instead they put the blame on me for going on that time if they not want to work beyond the working hrs then they should not take customers in

I have mixed feelings about this place. Ifairy (I’m not sure how to spell her name) does my hair. She always does a phenomenal job. The woman that washes my hair is nice but she scratched my head so badly when she was washing it, that it’s been three weeks and my head is still has scabs. Lastly, they allow this weird man from the OTB to hang out there and he would not stop talking about himself. I go get my hair done so I can relax, not to be annoyed by some guy that doesn’t even belong there.
