Hi everyone! I chose this place simply because it had a fair rating and it is very close to my home. I went there a couple of times and they did a fairly nice job. I also encouraged a friend to go there. The nurses who are doing the job are very nice , polite, friendly and helpful. Somehow I didn’t experience the same thing with the secretary who answers the phone. A couple of days ago I called them to ask questions about my upcoming appointment and also wanted to make an appointment for a friend and a consultation for another friend. The girl at the front desk told me that your friend needs to call and you can’t make an appointment for her. Which she did. She called them and left a message. They didn’t call her back until the next day. I wasn’t sure if she has confirmed appointment. Then, I called them to ask and make sure that we all can go at a same time. The girl at the front desk was so angry at me just because I called her before checking with my friend. I didn’t understand why she was mad at me? She didn’t treat me like a customer. On my appointment day I arrived 10 minutes late and called them before and left them a message. When I got there, they told me since I arrived late they can’t do my work since there is another client coming. I said that would be okay. The girl at the front desk ( Ashley) and one of the staff were talking behind our backs in a whispering voice. This was very awkward. While it’s important not to jump to conclusions or assume the worst of people, their reaction can tell you a lot about the situation. They never tried to reschedule for later .We left and decided to never go back to that place. I will not support a business that treats me like a second class citizen just because I speak with an accent. We went to Skin Science and they were closed; but the nice lady saw us behind the door and she lets us in. She nicely, patiently and politely answered all of our questions and we are going back to this place. I feel sorry for Allure Laser Medispa in Bannerman. They just lost 5 clients.

I’ve been a client of Allure for maybe 6-7 years now and I’ve gotten maybe every area zapped. I recommend everyone, whether they’ve had good or bad experiences with laser, to Allure. And they’ve returned to me with all but great things to say about the staff and their results. Rachel and her team are by far the best and wants nothing less than the best for their clients. I’ll be a forever customer for sure. They’re pricing are the best and the results are more than worth it. If you’re hesitant about their service, don’t! I’m one who’s hard to please so it should speak volumes about this organization. I absolutely love and adore this team! I’ve moved away and wouldn’t waste a penny I found on the ground on radio hyped places like Ideal Image. They’re the worst and the results are NO different! Enjoy!! 🙂

Love love love. Super fast and friendly. I drive 80 miles for my appointments but would not trust anyone else. Appointments are hard to get sometimes because Rachel stays so busy but it’s because she is so amazing. If she had a clone, it might be better but I doubt it.

Allure has a new laser mechanics that require the tech apply gel all over your skin, so the laser can detect the hair to burn it away. Well not only does the hair grow back the same week you receive the treatment BUT the technician doesn’t wipe away the gel so you are left to clean up tons of gel from all over your body with hard paper towels. Never book a morning appointment you will have a full day discovering gel left behind.
