Today we tried this place out for the first time and regretted it as soon as we were sat in our chairs.. I’m typing this as I’m waiting for my daughter to get her toes done, I called 2 hours ago when I got off work and booked an appointment for a pedicure and a child’s pedicure (since they have that on their menu) right when they sat us, both of our waters were cold and my daughter asked for her to be warmers and when I told the lady she said “it’s warm I already checked” so I said, I didn’t ask you what you think about the temp, I told you what my daughter wanted since you asked if her temp was ok and no it’s not.. she laughed and went to go change the temp. Before this she told me “a pedicure for you and only polish for her ok” and I said no I booked for a kids pedicure and she laughed and said ok. She sat my daughter in a chair and you would think if you offer child’s pedicures at your salon you provide a pillow since kids are smaller and obviously can’t reach to put their feet, she also laughed when I requested a pillow.. honestly worst experience and I don’t recommended this place what so ever, OH and she used all the same tools on my daughter that she used on me so I can imagine they’re doing the same to everyone else. Dirty and horrible customer service. Ruined my daughters day and she was so excited for a pedicure before getting here. Oh and I forgot to add, I asked her to do my daughters first since obviously kids are impatient and she said no because she’s gonna mess them up while she waits for you and I told her I didn’t care because my daughter was waiting with her feet dipped in cold water for an hour and she completely ignored it and went on to do mine. Worst experience at the dirtiest and most unsanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to.

Called Saturday morning around 10:30 for a fill and pedicure. They got me right in. Great experience, nothing but good things to say. I’m not too much of a talker during salon appointments so I enjoyed that they weren’t really either. My pedicure was very relaxing and nice, plus my toes look and feel amazing! My till was super quick and got so many compliments from other customers before I even left the shop. All in all super super happy with this place. Very close to my home, clean, friendly and will definitely be back!!!

The job was 1/2 way done right the other half rushed not how I asked i wanted pink on first then the tip so it will always look pink even when it’s cold out and your toes turn blue brrr…Not worth the $40 bucks

So I’ve been getting pedicures for over 20 years never have I had such a bad experience I have been here before with no problem but this time the lady cut my nails so short didn’t even ask if I wanted them that short gave no shape to them left dead skin under my toe didn’t even clean underneath them or on the sides and then I even asked her if she was she did not do it and then when I said you didn’t clean underneath my nails she said oh they’re too short I’m like yeah because you made them so freaking short they’re to the skin As I approached the front to pay I asked who’s the owner the man there Kevin says hes not here and I said OK can I get his name and he goes why what’s wrong

The nails are not worth the money you pay very over priced. Nails will be dull and ugly about a week later. What I will say is they do try hard, maybe it’s time for new nail techs and let the old techs get brushed up on the new wave of nails in 2020 the shop in my opinion is very outdated.

Worst experience ever! This was my first and last time coming here ,I went in for just a fill this past Friday since my nail tech was unavailable and since I am new to the area that nail shop is close to home within a same day one nail started to lift, and the color started to change. I went back the very next day to show them and she said did you break it obviously not because the whole nail was lifting as if I needed a fill I showed ( the owner) i assume she was of the color and the lifting of the nails all she did was put nail glue and re-paint them. That same day when I went to show them within hours 2 more nails started to lift , Now on Wednesday not even a week has gone by and all my nails are lifting, the person who did my nails name is Kevin and did a horrible job I would never go back nor recommend this place!
