I get acrylics a couple times a year, I just do walk in, this was my 4th time here. I have gone to almost all the nail salons in Owasso. This one is just like the rest in my experience, including using old dirty manual files. The wait time is normal for the staff you can see here. The first two times I had a younger guy who was very detail oriented and copied EXACTLY a picture that I brought in, basic colored tips, shape, and length. Got him again for a fill, same experience, he is AWESOME. Have not seen him at this salon again since.

Well, I think I have a favorite new nail place. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails, with gel polish. To my surprise, that’s exactly what I got, such perfection. My nail technician was named Kahn. He was friendly and very pleasant. Got to work right away, and was finished quickly. While taking care in being gentle. Other technicians in the salon also seemed quite friendly. It tickled me to see one of them offering their client a pillow for her back. Such a nice touch. I will definitely be back to see Kahn.

Everyone is so sweet and friendly and they provide excellent service in a very clean environment. I could fall asleep getting pedicures here in their massage chairs and my nails always look so pretty. I am typically not one to complain about nail salons… but I started coming here for pedicures… and every time I came it was a different price… and the very last time I came I got a wart on my toe. Please be careful to come here if you plan on getting pedicures… not very sanitary. Pedicure

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!Got a fill that the nail polish fell off in the shower. Called them to let them know what happened and was told they would fix it for free. I have been a regular customer of this salon for over a year. Always got a pedicure, acrylic nails and fills. My husband always goes for pedicures. We all use the shellac polish too which costs more. I went this past weekend with my daughter (17 yr). I got a manicure because I took my acrylic nails off and my daughter got a full set. They always send emails and texts for 5% your next service of over $35. As I went to pay, I showed them my email and I was told that I couldn’t use the “coupon”. The total was $70. My manicure was only $20 but my daughter’s full set was $50 with shellac polish. I explained that I was paying for both of us. She told me that since the email was not on my daughter’s phone that I could not use it!!! Seriously?!?!?!?!? If they had take the 5% off the total is was only $3.50! If they had done just hers (which was over $35) it would have been $2.50!! I couldn’t believe they were so rude over that little amount of money. I will never be back.

I went in on Thursday before the 4th of July. Khahn did a great job or at least I thought. By the next day my nails were chipping and the top coat was peeling. I won’t return for future business. Either he didn’t dip them enough times or the product was bad. But it’s a “NO STARS” for me. I just felt like they cared more about quantity than they did about quality.
