Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy mother got a gift card for 60 and it was on reciept paper that got damaged and even though I have proof in my moms statement they would not honor the gift certificate plus my mom said the lady came out with messy hair out of a room and said she didn’t think I would want to go in the end. My back started hurting after the massage. I got to admit I went there for “something else” but it wasn’t one of those massage places, but I don’t expect your back to hurt after a massage. Your supposed to feel better. Also The front desk lady was rude.

I’m a caregiver and I brought my client in. First of all I went in and paid the female actually held my $5 change and asked if it was a tip which was rude to you it off I confronted her about the last time I brought him they didn’t do his feet she looked at me and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I go to pick him up and they had the nerve to ask for a tip again and my client said they were rude as well. Been there a couple times and now were going somewhere else. It also had a little bit of a stenchy smell and the female that came out to greet us totally looked like she had a rough night and said to come back in 15 minutes I guess so she could wake up. So it’s just a one star if they even deserve that.
