We went to have a mother and daughter day, they are very nice and did very well with our pedicures they lady who did my pedicure took her time and the message was really nice. However, the nails is where they seem to lack experience all of my nail are different shape and different length. The nail polish ran and I spent the night picking off the excess from my fingers. My daughter gel nails had so many layers that an hour later they had lifted and all peeled off. We attempted to come by the following day I knew they opened at 10 and I showed up after 11, so I figure I’d give them a chance to fix the problem but they weren’t even open. So we went to neighbor nail salon up the road and you can tell the difference between experience salon and non experience salon. So sad I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews but when you pay good money for service you expect to be happy with your service they had great customer service and were all very nice but the lack of experience is the reason for the rating

Horrible place to come get nails , do not recommend at all. The sign says discounted Pedicures because they are not bringing in customers….My white gel Fire and Ice pedicure I could’ve have a Kindergartner do! She didn’t do any aspects of a pedicure to include only cutting ONE nail and not scrubbing or letting my feet soak for an ample amount of time. Please do not waste your time and breathe going near this establishment.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. SO BAD. she had to ask the other lady how to do a French tip. My pedicure was rushed… she just put the tools on my skin and didn’t actually use them. She said she was struggling do a French tip on my nails because of the angle??? Lol. I actually am questioning if she even had a license. Overall horrible experience. They only had one worker, when I arrived she had to call and see if someone else was going to come in for the day. I should have just left when I saw Joe dead it was. I paid $42 for a pedicure my 3 year old could have done. So disappointing and a WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Overall bad experience. The manager showed up an hour late for my appt. Said an employee had car trouble. So okay I waited outside, things happen. Then, the heat was not working. There was two space heaters going and everyone inside was cold and wearing hats etc. You could tell the heat had been broken for a while. The floor didn’t look clean. My pedicure was sub par. My cuticles were not trimmed very well at all, I could do a better job at home as they were not removed. Seems like the ownership has changed since I’ve been in the last several months. There are no mimosas or wine like there use to be. Something about issue with the ABC license. Overall, I would not go back!

I have been going here for years. I supported them after covid. I went there last week and the person who did my nails was very gentle and did a great job. The lady who ran my credit card did not give me a receipt to sign which I thought unusual. So, I checked my bank account and she charged me $3 too much. Not a big amount but deceitful. I will never go back.

Been going here for years and used to love this place. Last couple times I went the salon was dark, empty and they had to call someone in. Today the manager showed up 15 mins after my appt and says the tech had an emergency, I won’t say what it was because it was pretty far fetched and I hope it wasn’t true but anyway, the employee that was there originally left me and another costumer in there alone in the dark while the manager came in. While waiting, I read these reviews and decided to cancel after she showed up( late). So unfortunate because I really loved this place. I’m assuming they switched management/owners.

This is our absolute favorite nail spa! We get monthly pedicures if not more, just because these ladies do such a good job! They are thorough, clean and really listen to make sure you have the best experience. They even played some fun music for grandmother’s birthday! I can’t recommend this place enough.

I went in to get my eyebrows done because my usual spot wasn’t available. Bad choice. It was cold space heaters inside. Th place was not what it used to be. I proceeded to the bad the eyes wax machine was so dirty the lady which I think she was India was very sweet but the place and experience over all was bad. Eyebrows are horrible and I was charged $13 didn’t want to make a seen so i just payed. Shut it done. And I couldn’t get a glass of wine or mimosas.
