My first time here to get my nails done for my birthday trip and it has been amazing. Great service, not feeling rushed like other places that have people waiting to be seen. Came in and was taken right back to start my pedicure and shown an array of colors for gel manicures to match my pedi. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I’m sadden to write this review as I had high expectation base on the location of this spa. They offer services without knowledge on them. The pedicurist ignored my request multiple times to the point the lady next to me had to raise her voice to get her attention on the subject.

I was very dissatisfied with the end result. I came here to prepare for my Wedding day and gave a photo of what I wanted. Each time I noticed something that did not look like what I wanted, my tech was hesitant to make a change, did so aggressively, or did not make a change. I left the shop in tears as my nails were lumpy, crooked, and inconsistent with shape and length. I would give negative stars if possible and will no longer be utilizing their services.

I came here to get hard gel nail enhancements, I used to get them done previously at a salon in Reston. I realized this place did them as well, and they are across the street from me in Fairfax. So I figured I would give them a try. The shape and color are absolutely gorgeous – however, the nails broke within a day of getting them done by doing the simplest of tasks, such as picking a card up off the floor. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve gotten hard gel nail extensions done before, and have never had this issue. In fact, the were extremely durable when I got them done at the other salon in Reston. The lady (Titi?) was really nice, but did not seem very knowledgeable with hard gel/sculpting. While she was filing the gel after applying/drying, it broke multiple times. She redid them almost 3 times. This was an extremely long process, not to mention expensive, and now they have all broken off – within 1-3 days. Do not offer a service that you don’t have knowledgeable technicians for. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or the technicians. It took almost 2 hours to do because she kept having to start over.

I used to come to this salon here and there. The service is hit or miss. The hostess is decently cordial, but the last time I was their waiting for my nails to dry, she was talking to another customer around her age. I think she recognized her from school. The hostess was loudly going on and on about her old high school. She was telling the other girl how it sucked because there were a lot of white people there. I thought it was unprofessional and straight up racist to so loudly proclaim your distaste for certain people in front of others who are just there to get nails done. I almost felt it was intentional. I didn’t feel welcome and won’t return. This happened a couple months ago and I just can’t forget it.

Came at 10 o’clock. They are open. Told I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for someone to come to work. What is the point of opening your doors at 10, if you cannot provide service at 10? Very frustrating!!
