The space was clean and comfortable, and my nail tech was professional and kind. Rosie was her name and she did an excellent job, she paid more attention to detail than anyone else who has ever done my nails. I loved the whole experience! Highly recommend! They also have a loyalty system for paying cash that gives you a discount at the end. I paid 48 for a full acrylic set with gel polish and an additional 5 for soaking off old gel. They charged my daughter 70 for this set. She picked a nail that was set to look like marble and this is the result. Her nails look like she colored eggs. I told the mail lady this is nothing what the nail looked like that was in their display and she did nothing to try to make it right. I had to take her to another nails shop

Seemed busier than one would think for a Friday afternoon, had to wait a little bit before the pedicure started even after making an appointment. I’m not complaining, but I’m not sure if the crowd was higher than normal for holidays and it seemed busy for 2pm appointment. Service was exceptional and staff were friendly and very polite. I took someone with me that was their first time ever getting a pedicure and he was surprised by how much stuff went into it, time and attention to detail of each nail. I’ll plan to go back or at least let some others know to check them out. Thanks again, guys!

So I have been to this establishment a total of three times. The first time the nail tech act like she had no idea how to do nails and it took her an extremely long time to complete my nails almost 2 hours. The second time I had a great experience the owner actually did my nails and she did a wonderful job and another lady did my toes and she did an excellent job as well. Then today I took my daughter and I was getting a fill-in and my daughter was kidding just a gel nail on her regular nail. The technician that was doing my daughters nail started complaining about how my daughters skin was dry around her nails. I tried to advise the technician just to complete the nails and not make a big deal out of the dry skin because my daughter picks at her skin due to having jittery nerves.. The technician kept talking which was embarrassing my daughter, so I told the technician just to complete my daughters nails and stop with the antics. The technician that was doing my nails completely botched them by over filing one side of the nail, making my nails look lopsided to the point the owner had to come over and show her how to properly file my nails. My technician still didn’t get the filing right and instead, wanted to argue with me about my nails. After both technicians were done, they tried to charge me for a manicure on my daughter when I did not ask for her to get a manicure I asked for her to get gel nail polish and that Was all I asked for. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

First time visiting this place, didn’t know they were there but it was next door to my bank so I decided to try, first of all they ask me to wear a mask, I felt a little annoyed but at the same time made me feel safe that they were careful about the current health issues. I went for a refill cause I got a whole set o nails 2 weeks ago and I had a gap for my nails growing. The girl did a good job, she was a little distracted looking at the door all the time but she did it meticulously nevertheless, so all good till it was time to apply the nail polish, last step, she ask me to wash my hands and when I came back she was gone helping other customers (she didn’t even say anything, it was soo rude). I asked another employee and she said “she’ll be back” but she didn’t, instead “the manager” came to finish me and she was not as meticulous as the first girl and when I look closely at home, I still have a gap! She didn’t paint the whole nails till the back. ♀️ Not sure if I wanna come back.
