Definitely disappointed. I wanted to love this place since so close to home & like the techs, but After not even 24 hours my dip set on natural nails started lifting as a whole piece . Even after going back to have some redone & got 2 pedis… not even 7 hours later yet another nail lifted. I was eating and looked on the table & to my surprise my whole entire nail was laying there; I even had on gloves ♀️. Not even going to bother going back for repair; $30 WASTED. (Please excuse messy table, enjoyed my seafood! Lol)

My friend recently went there and the experience was nice but the audacity for them to do one hand correct and the second one was just pitiful. She was so embarrassed she didn’t even know what to say or even think. She thought they would see the mistake and how bad it looked and fix it but she was wrong. They didn’t and now it looks like she wearing white Wolverine claws. They are calling her white claw cat woman. Please be more careful ruining a girl rep over here.

Took my daughter and her friend to get nails. My daughter showed the tech a picture and he went and grabbed colors. On the picture was a peach, mauve, and rose gold glitter. He put olive green instead of mauve. The glitter wasn’t right either. She didn’t like the green and asked the other technician if she could change it to the peach color. So, 2 nails. She was willing to let the glitter nail go. The tech grabs her by the finger and starts yelling at her about how she picked the color and why did she pick it if she didn’t like it. Then pulls her by her finger to the chair to change the color. Meanwhile the guy is doing her friends nails and he keeps yelling at her to be still. He was unnecessarily aggressive with her. It was just an all around bad experience.
