Went in for the first time after few of my friends highly recommending this place. Made my appt in advance and showed what i wanted for my hair. Met with Sumbul on my appt day and she is a pleasant lady. She went over the whole procedure with me and then she did her magic. I got my roots done then a balayage, hair cut and an amazing blow dry. She turned me into a brand new person. I absolutely love my hair. I also got my eyebrows done and I am super excited and looking forward to come back to her. I drove from rosharon to cinco ranch and I am very happy with the results. 2 thumbs up service.

I got my balyage/highlights done from them recently and I had a great experience. The owner, Sumrall is such a sweetheart and she made sure to make me feel super comfortable. Her staff is really nice too and I absolutely love the hair washes. Very relaxing! I would definitely be going back to her for all my hair needs from now on.

This is the first salon where i didn’t feel judged. The ladies explained everything in detail to me. They are honest about what can and can’t be done. My eyes were burning a little bit from the brazilian treatment so they offered me glasses to help with the stinging. And the lady only touched my ear once (first time just once) and she immediately applied cold cotton against it. They were really sweet and did not talk loud over their customers. In one of the pictures, I washed my hair WITHOUT blow drying or straightening it! Definitely recommend the Brazilian treatment‼️

I don’t generally provide any review that alone for hair service. I visited them for the first time seeing all these great reviews and I confirm now that these are 100% honest reviews. Lisa did my hair and was superb. Loved everything that I got done from her. Sumbal, who was assisting in between, was truly a sweetheart. She had great customer service. It felt more like home. I can’t wait to come back. Recommended !!

Sunmbal did my haircut today and she did a great job , I got layered cut ,she has perfectly done her job, her customer service is too good, very humble and sweet. Other employees are nice too.
