Hayley Turner is such an amazing massage therapist!!!! I’ve struggled with migraines since receiving my first concussion 10 years ago and nothing has helped until I started visiting Hayley regularly for neck massages. I’ve had a lot of massage therapist very unwilling to actually massage my neck and Hayley really gets in there! It’s amazing. I’m no longer using the end of my remote to try and get knots out because she does such a good job at rubbing them out while also draining them so they don’t get migrate to another area. 100000/10 would recommend Hayley to anyone!!!

I have a shoulder injury (right clavicle has a plate with screws) and as a result I carry a lot of strain along my right side. Jacob is amazing at working out all the kinks that build up from this old injury as well as providing helpful tips for how I can stretch at home to help keep me in tip top shape. He’s got a very calm and peaceful presence when providing massages, so I can’t help but feel comfortable when I’m on the table. I always feel so invigorated after his massages, I highly recommend him!

His studio protocol for covid was incredible and made me feel safe when booking an appointment. After one session with him I feel brand new. Traci Bennet is brilliant. Today I needed support for severe neck pain and tension,I couldn’t turn or bend my neck, with discomfort leading to lack of sleep. I told Traci what was going on, how I like to move in my daily life, and where the pain was occurring in my body. Traci single handedly saved my dance career. When I met Traci in the winter of 2021 I was struggling with walking, in severe chronic pain, and had tried PT for over a year and a half with little change. Traci started working with me privately and promised that if I kept up my homework and was consistent we would be having a different conversation 6 months down the road. Sure enough 6 months later I was getting back to things I loved doing again and well on my way out of chronic pain.
