1 on 1 Mobility Training
Whether you’re suffering from chronic pain or just want to improve your overall movement, we’re passionate about helping you get there. Private mobility sessions are highly recommended before taking your first Kinstretch class. Not only is this a great way for you to learn basic mobility techniques and the basic Kinstretch protocol but it is also a great way to learn corrective exercises in a 1 on 1 setting.

Cupping
Cupping is a form of alternative medicine where cups are placed on the skin to create suction, gently drawing skin and fascia upwards. The gentle suction activates the lymphatic system, promoting circulation and encouraging deep tissue repair. It can be used to help treat chronic pain, deep scar tissues in the muscles and connective tissue, sticky muscles, and swelling.The cup stays in place for five to fifteen minutes, and can leave welt-like marks (that don’t hurt) on the skin that remain for 1-5 days. Great for getting over sickness, pain relief and injury recovery.

Pain Management
For all types of pain management, we use an empirically-based form of massage known as neuromuscular rehabilitation therapy. This type of massage is a highly effective way to reduce or eliminate chronic pain by addressing the root cause of the issue.Pain management sessions are rarely full-body. In our sessions, we’ll work to find the primary source of the problem, targeting trigger points, releasing stuck muscle, and finding problematic movement patterns that limit range of motion. Guided by clinical evidence, we customize each session based on the client’s condition and level of pain. This type of therapy can feel painful at first, so your therapist will continually communicate with you to ensure you’re getting the most from your session. Great for Neurological conditions like fibromyalgia or trigeminal neuralgia, post-surgical care, athletic recovery and acute injuries.

You don’t have to be a professional athlete to benefit from sports massage. Tailored to your sport, activity level, and any injuries, this type of massage is designed to support and improve your body’s recovery from workouts, injuries, and general wear and tear.Sports massage keeps your muscles and connective tissue (ligaments and tendons) balanced, helping prevent injury, reduce fatigue and promote mobility, especially as you age. Great for moderate exercisers experiencing tightness and reduced recovery times. People who have repetitive wear and tear (i.e. gardening) CrossFitters and professional athletes.

Thai Massage
A more active massage than standard spa massages, our therapeutic Thai massage uses fluid and dynamic movements that twist and stretch our clients to improve mobility, balance, and movement. Unlike deep tissue or sports massage, clients remain fully clothed (we recommend something you’d wear to a yoga class), and the session is conducted either on the floor or on a thick cushion. Benefits of Thai massage include boosted energy, increased circulation, and improved range of motion in your joints. Great for people experienced with massage clients looking for more active massage.

Hayley Turner is such an amazing massage therapist!!!! I’ve struggled with migraines since receiving my first concussion 10 years ago and nothing has helped until I started visiting Hayley regularly for neck massages. I’ve had a lot of massage therapist very unwilling to actually massage my neck and Hayley really gets in there! It’s amazing. I’m no longer using the end of my remote to try and get knots out because she does such a good job at rubbing them out while also draining them so they don’t get migrate to another area. 100000/10 would recommend Hayley to anyone!!!

I have a shoulder injury (right clavicle has a plate with screws) and as a result I carry a lot of strain along my right side. Jacob is amazing at working out all the kinks that build up from this old injury as well as providing helpful tips for how I can stretch at home to help keep me in tip top shape. He’s got a very calm and peaceful presence when providing massages, so I can’t help but feel comfortable when I’m on the table. I always feel so invigorated after his massages, I highly recommend him!

Traci Bennet is brilliant. Today I needed support for severe neck pain and tension,I couldn’t turn or bend my neck, with discomfort leading to lack of sleep. I told Traci what was going on, how I like to move in my daily life, and where the pain was occurring in my body. Traci single handedly saved my dance career. When I met Traci in the winter of 2021 I was struggling with walking, in severe chronic pain, and had tried PT for over a year and a half with little change. Traci started working with me privately and promised that if I kept up my homework and was consistent we would be having a different conversation 6 months down the road.
