I’ve been a consistent customer here and a high tipper. Came in to fix a broken nail, first they started putting that dip stuff on it when I was very clear I wanted a new nail and for it to be fixed. Then they left my thumb wrapped in tinfoil and nail polish remover for over 15 mins as they had two people start on a new client that wanted a mani pedi. A huge waste of my time.
