Just used my Groupon with Kim. I am so happy. I can’t wait to go back for my next apt! The entire process was smooth sailing , the atmosphere was chill and comfy. Kim was really easy to talk to and express my concerns with. She is very knowledgeable, very on point.. literally! Ha ha…. Her prices are pretty much unbeatable and I can’t say enough. I have been seeing Lauren at Lozz Hair for a few years and she is great! The building is nice and they have been taking precautions with COVID seriously. I absolutely love this shop. Tommi is very professional. This is a warm, quiet, beautiful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this shop, the only thing is, it is difficult to get in her chair, because she is always booked. . What I do like is, if she has an opening, she will call and let me know. There should be a 10 star button, because she deserves it. Oh, did I mention I absolutely 0 love my hair!
