Everyone here is outstanding!!! I’ve been going to Ms. Shirley for a while now and I never leave disappointed. I can understand the intimidation with waxing intimate areas, but Ms. Shirley made me so comfortable during my first day. Everyone at the salon is genuine and a pleasure to be around and the clothes are beautiful to boot! I never intend to try on clothes while I’m there, but somehow end up leaving with some new item for my closet. I especially love that they always run the water table for thirty minutes for free. They treat me so sweetly. Also, their receptionist likes strawberry açaí lemonade from Starbucks and Ms Shirley loves a black coffee

The atmosphere is inviting. I enjoyed my conversation with the owner while she performed my services. 1st time and I had no problems with the area being waxed. I took it like a champ . The clothes and accessories are BEAUTIFUL and she offers plus sizes. The owners mother is in her 70’s i believe and she adds value to the business! I’ll be returning for sure. My daughter referred me and this was a great referral. FYI, the GPS gets confused as the area was annexed and is now Gurnee and not Libertyville!

Came in for my first Brazilian. Little explanation was provided. She merely told me to get disrobbed from the waste down and lay down on table, put a towel on my legs (which had a huge hole in it) and where to put my head.
