I was confused on where the guy told me to go because he didn’t take me he just said go sit there and after he walked me to the seat because I didn’t know where he kept pointing and My back was to him he mimicked with his arms how I was pointing and quietly saying what I was under his breath and a kind lady waiting next to me seen and heard it and let me know what he did. Then I said no gel I want regular polish and he was mumbling under his breath about me not doing gel and going on and on complaining about my choice . He also rushed through the presses and hurt my nails.

I’m visiting here from out of town and was looking for a nail place to get a UV gel fill-in. Although the woman who did my nails was kind and was making conversation with me, the work she did was awful. My nails were “shaped” unevenly. I asked her to fix them. Also she didn’t shape them properly. The corner of my nails were sharp. The nail polish looked old so I asked her to change the color because there was no way I was gonna let that dry knowing there was clumps in the polish. I definitely should have listened to the reviews on this place. Definitely a waste of money and will not be back

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in for a scheduled mani/pedi, they took me 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. A girl with blonde hair did my pedicure amazingly, she asked if certain actions hurt my toes but everything was fine. She even helped me pick a nail color because I was indecisive. The hot towel followed by a leg and foot massage was so relaxing. I was taken to get my nails done by Randy, a friendly tattooed man. He made conversation and did the nail design I asked for. I came in for a scheduled mani/pedi, they took me 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. A girl with blonde hair did my pedicure amazingly, she asked if certain actions hurt my toes but everything was fine. She even helped me pick a nail color because I was indecisive. 4 hours in this horrendous nail salon for my teenage daughter walking out with nails like this for Homecoming! Refused to refund any money. Offered to fix them, but why would we even step foot in there again?? This place is a joke. Take your money elsewhere.

If i could give 0 stars i would My daughter got acrylic nails here and the next day the snapped. Within a week all the nails had fallen off and they didn’t even look good to begin with. Then I wanted to take both my daughters and one friend for a pedicure. This was only place around that can accommodate more than one at a time. We all got gel polish. I had to ask for them to remove polish off my daughters and her friends feet. It was all over their skin. Gel polish last forever right? Wrong same day it was chipping. HHORRIBLE. SERVICE

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star reviews. Spent over $100 on mine and my sisters nails for them to be crooked, not what we asked for and filed our skin. This is one of the worst places to get nails done at. I’m so disgusted with it. Acrylic nails

Not sanitary at all. The tools were definitely not cleaned before they used them. There was also a girl that came in during my pedicure and the manicurist used the same gloves and tools on the other girl as me to a point that she had her nail polish on the gloves! My toe nails were not filed straight or round most were crooked and uneven and I had polish all over my skin! I keep up with maintenance on my feet and I can tell you I’ve never had a pedicure like that before.

Absolutely horrible!! Me and my daughter went in for a full set of acrylics and a gel polish both were 45 each…. last I checked gel nail polish doesn’t cost 45!! My nails are half done with sharp edges that are crooked!! Horrible will never ever return

Made 2 appointments for 5:00 and had to wait until 5:45 when my friend’s nails were almost done before I got started. Our services felt rushed and we were not happy with the overall look of the nails. Hers did not turn out like the sample nail, and mine didn’t either as only one coat of gel was applied to my cat eye polish. The black underneath is so thin you can see through it and the glitter cat eye polish is also so thin that you can barely even tell it’s there. I asked for square shape and the technician filed so much of my long nails away that they are now super short. It took multiple tries of her filing to get the tops even and straight across, which doesn’t seem like rocket science to me. I’d like to say service was friendly but when you ask for them to fix something and then they start speaking in their native language excessively, you can just tell they’re talking about you, right in front of your face. I only wish I had a translator so I could understand what they were saying. This is not my first time here, but this is my worst experience here. I have been satisfied in the past, but this time was not great.

The lady that did mine hurt me many times and kept digging her nails into my fingers. If I tried to nicely ask if she could fix something I didn’t like she would say something like “I know what I’m doing, I’m certified” rudely. They got a hair under the polish so i was stuck with it. It was a mess and very unprofessional the entire time. They also kept allowing more people to show up when there were only a few people working so customers were waiting a very long time. When it came time to pay they tried to add on things we never asked for and upcharge us by a lot which people warned us about with them. I will not be back.
