As a strength athlete, we constantly push our bodies to the limit and in order to keep doing so, we need help from people like Jenny. I can’t tell you how many times my body aches/pains wouldn’t subside no matter what I did. Ice/hot baths, salves, stretching and foam rolling are great solutions! But there are just some spots that we’re not able to get on our own. It affected not only my training, but my daily activities.

Enthrall Threshold is comfortably one if the best, if not the best massage and body work clinics in the valley. Her knowledge of athletes needs is impressive and has helped many, including myself.
