For anyone who has left anything less than 5 stars, I don’t know how! These women are so talented, so kind, and care about what they do. They’re unbelievably friendly and make you feel comfortable the entire time. Plus they’re so funny! They did an amazing job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. They also take their time with the massages which is very much appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for your nails. Thank you guys!

This is by far my favorite nail salon. My nails have never looked so good or felt so healthy. Jenny, the owner, is an absolute delight. She makes me feel like the most important customer every time I am there. And the rest of her staff are also amazing. You can not go wrong! I moved to the area about a year ago and am so happy to find a reliable salon with honest people. Highly recommend!

Beware ladies and gents…they will waste your time and money!!! I came into their shop at about 4:50pm- 5pm, when I came in I specifically said I would like to get my overlay taken off of my nails and would like a pedicure. The lady says ok but they don’t have anything until 6:30. I said ok I’ll come back at 6:30. I bs’d around in the area until 6:30 (I’m from philadelphia). I came back and received a horrible pedicure. Still not saying anything about it since my main goal was to get the overlay off and I would just go to my usual to get another pedi. When she was done the pedi I said don’t forget I would like the overlay off. It was at this time that she says oh we don’t do that. Since we don’t do artificial nails we don’t know how to take acrylic off. She should have said this when I came in at 5pm!!! Now I’m scrambling to find a place to get the acrylic off.

After reading the negative reviews, I am shocked of the lack of self awareness. Only 2 people working and you wonder why they don’t take walk ins? That it’s an appointment only establishment? I understand some of us were hermits since initial lock down of Covid on March 2020 so some people forgot common decency and manners. You made an appointment to get a specific type of nails done, but when you arrive you ask for another? Dip and gel are two very different types of manicures and applications are different. One takes more time than the other. So I’m unsure if you know the definition of appointments, but it’s a specific time slot scheduling, to try to fit as many clients as they can while providing exceptional work focusing on just one client. That isn’t the establishments fault for your lack of time management and understanding.

I love this salon! I have been getting gel manicures here for over 2 years now and have never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and the salon is beautiful and clean. A manicure can last me over a month before it starts to chip. My nails have never looked better. Thank you! Gel manicures

I have been going to On The Nail since it opened and have recommended this business to others as their work is typically good quality. However, a few months ago I had to cancel an appointment last minute. I was literally on the way when my son’s daycare called and I had to pick him up because he was sick. I called and cancelled and the owner literally blocked my number!!!! I didn’t realize this until I just showed up because the call wasn’t going through. She took me but was so rude! She used to be nice but I will not be returning or recommending others. The prices have increased a lot recently too. Not with it to be treated rude. It was literally the only time that I’ve ever had to cancel an appointment since they’ve opened. Find somewhere where they value your business!

My roommate made an appointment for us to go get manicures. When I got there, we were the only people there along with 2 employees. I sat down and politely asked if I could get a dip manicure done, and I was shut down immediately saying that I made an appointment for a gel manicure and that is what was going to be done to me today. I agreed, but quickly said if I could do a regular manicure instead because my nails were still healing from my last gel manicure. I think the older lady who was going to do my manicure didn’t understand the first time so she was getting ready to do gel. I then politely requested for regular again, and was met with rude body language, and probably some not-so-nice words (which I obviously didn’t understand). I can read non-verbal cues and sense body language indicators that told me this lady was not happy. I told the lady that we didn’t have to do this if she was angry, and frankly I was just upset at this point. I came with the idea ro relax and get a manicure and was met with an unpleasant experience along with the younger woman being rude to me and making me pay $15 despite not getting anything done. I certainly don’t think filing your nails and barely removing your cuticles would be worth that much. If you’re ok with people treating you like another business transaction instead of showing kindness, then sure, come here. Otherwise I’m never coming back here. Very disappointed.
