Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWalked in and was immediately greeted and sat down. Lady was very nice did a great job especially since I came in with badly bitten nails and she made them look beautiful kept asking if I was happy with them. Will definitely be coming back.

So, I pulled into the parking lot today and noticed a car with a dog in it. It’s 82 degrees today and you know inside the car gets super hot. I left the parking lot and pulled into the Kmart parking lot to eat my lunch. I was there for about 30 minutes and noticed the owner of the car still hadn’t came out and they were there way before I even got there. I called the salon to get the owner of the dog to come out and get that dog out of the heat and the person that answered said “she’s only been in here a couple minutes. She’s about to come out.” She was laughing the whole time. 15 minutes pass and no owner of the dog. I called the police and it took them 40 minutes to get there and then the owner finally came out and left. That dog was probably in that car over 2 hours and the owner and salon employee thought it was hilarious.

The door had a sign saying “appointment only” and to call for an appointment. I dialed and the person who answered was incredibly RUDE and unprofessional! Love them! I went there today because my usual nail place is closed on Sunday & I am definitely going back! They are AMAZING! Very nice & friendly. They understood exactly what I wanted. This is the best my nails has ever looked out of the 6 years of getting my nails done. Definatly recommend!

We waited for over an hour. Walk in or not that’s the longest I’ve ever had to wait to get a terrible full set. She laid my acrylic and didn’t use the file on it after at all. It was uneven and thick the paint job she put on top of the untouched acrylic was super sloppy. I will never ever go back. Also my friend got someone else and said she thought she would as racist. She told her she liked her because she was white.
