I’m not sure if their phone number was changed, I tried calling and it said out of service. I know it’s hard finding staff for everyone right now, and salons are no exception. Still, if you can’t take walk ins because there aren’t enough employees to take them, remove the sign from the window that says “walk ins welcome”

Had an appointment with Sam I was going to be a new client…… last minute got blown off … get a text at 7:15 in the morning saying she can’t do my hair ….. not professional at all ….. did not even offer or try to Reschedule I did not even try to have the other stylus see if they had time in there day ….

Was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately i called a total of 3 times during business hours, several days in a row with no answer, left a message once with my name and number to schedule an appointment. Even tried reaching out through messenger and was left on read. Very unfortunate that i couldn’t even get communication back if they didn’t have time available. Found another salon that got me in the same day and did an amazing job. Hopefully they can work on their customer service.
