Just walked in bc I needed a quick Mani Pedi . Was just passing through Fort Walton and waiting on someone. They were super nice. I love the fact they kept me in the massage chair and feet in water while they prepped my finger nails , then painted my toes and lastly moved me over to the nail station. It made for a very relaxing time. They don’t have as many color selections and matches as some of the bigger salons but she layered two gel colors to give me the exact color I wanted. If you are looking for a boutique salon setting this isn’t the place for you. If your looking for a basic good quality Mani Pedi at an affordable price , this is the perfect place!

Very disappointing place. It was going to be my first time getting work done , which I’m happy I didn’t at the end of the day. Because I walked in said hello looked around and not even 2 sec of being inside I simply asked for a menu to see what all work they offered what prices they had to see what I wanted to get done and the owner responded why do you need a menu we don’t have time to do what you want. So I said thank you and walked out. The place smelled way to much like polish I guess they don’t have the new mechanic to calm the smell down also it wasn’t clean at all.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel more inclined because I have gotten in the practice of reading other’s reviews BEFORE I spend my money someplace. I stopped in to Red Nails because it was late in the day and they were close by. I had never been there before but wanted to de-stress a bit. I asked for a pedicure with no appointment so I waited patiently for my turn. A chair came available to which I was directed. Unfortunately, the person did not take the time to test the water before she walked away. The water was cold and not comfortable at all. I understood I was a walk-in but they had said they could do it so I kind of expected at least a modicum of attention to be paid with regard to the care & comfort of my feet if nothing else. I closed my eyes to try to relax while I waited but there was so much commotion going on that there was no sense. When the tech finally got around to doing my pedicure (30 mins later) it was a rushed job. My feet were in the water, out of the water, a 2-min leg massage, and sloppy polish job. I was not impressed and will not return.

Thought they did a great job. Was going to go back for other services. In 2 days the nail polish has come off 2 of my nails. It’s not like I have done anything for the polish to just come off. Very disappointed.

They are Very prejudice people.. My car had broke down one day and i walked in and asked to use a phone to contact my mom to get help so i didnt loose my job, about 2 weeks later i walked in to buy a gift card for my mom to show appreciation for them helping me that day and within 2 second of me walking in the owner of the company told me to get the f out, that i was a bum and that i had been there too many times, which makes no sense to me since including that day i had only been there twice in my entire life..needsless to say, they are very judging and easily jump to conclusions about people and are not afraid to talk down to people infront of customer’s..
