Was literally there for 4 hours just for a manicure and pedicure. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they couldn’t do it correctly and I had to keep telling them what to do. Then another girl had to come in a fix the first girls job on my pedicure. When I went to do my manicure, I showed them a picture what I wanted a SIMPLE French Tip!! And they couldn’t get it right. 4 whole hours. I had my birthday reservations at 8pm and had to push it back because I didn’t leave there until 7:40-7:50 and got there at 4pm!! The polish on my nails are so bumpy and not smooth at all. I’m so disappointed the way they look and I was over telling them what to do especially after being there for 4 hours.

This place is my new favorite place. I went for the first time two weeks ago and got a regular mani/pedi and the regular polish lasted for TWO WEEKS before I even got one chip in my mani! Usually it lasts a week for my mani, if I’m lucky. My pedi still looks perfect. Definitely will go back and I strongly recommend it to others.

It was a mutual misunderstanding about the time as they said 3:15 and I heard 3:50. It happens sometimes, honest mistake, that’s fair. I’ve tried giving this place several tries. Don’t bother in making appointments they’ll schedule it but made you wait anyways. Customer service I’ll rate a zero they are rude and don’t care for customers. Waste of time and money.
