I kind of came last minute but they gave my a pedicure(which was amazing and relaxing) and a manicure along with making my nails look amazing for my big 30th birthday. Kelly is so sweet and funny & does an amazing job. The other ladies are just as nice and welcoming! And I’ve seen their work they all do amazing! I’m very sceptical about trying new places but Ombre Nails really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I kind of came last minute but they gave my a pedicure(which was amazing and relaxing) and a manicure along with making my nails look amazing for my big 30th birthday. I went to Alvin and he did an amazing job! I showed him a picture of a design and he nailed it! He did coffin nails and shaped them perfectly. Loved the tool he used on my nails, no pain after or during like how it is at some salons. He was gentle but got the job done right! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled a 4:30 appointment for me an my daughter we arrived on time just to be told we have to wait an half and hour when I finally get in the chair the lady that likes to run her mouth was being very rude this was my first time there and my very last she applied the nails but did not get to finish I wish I would pay someone who thought they could be rude and still get paid I will never go back there and obviously there all unprofessional because no one step in to apologize for her actions or to make sure I was treated well as a customer and I paid 66 dollars for my daughters nails that didn’t look like the picture she presented defiantly wasn’t worth 66 dollars I went to another nail salon and even they said that person did a horrible job people think just because they run a business they can just talk to you how ever they want and take your money there lucky my daughter was in the middle of getting hers other wise we would of just left but I paid for hers and I left with mines unfinished but I definitely let the chick have it there garbage went there because the designs on the web looked cute thought I was going to have a good experience defiantly not what I expected having to get out of character because the worker don’t no how to be professional but I ended up going to another nail salon and they did and amazing job and I wasn’t rushed and I was treated with respect and my nails turned out great the picture posted is my daughters nails as I stated I left with mines unfinished and had to locate another nail salon to finish the job so no I don’t recommend this salon if you want to be treated kindly and taking care of I would go some where elseI scheduled a 4:30 appointment for me an my daughter we arrived on time just to be told we have to wait an half and hour when I finally get in the chair the lady that likes to run her mouth was being very rude this was my first time there …More
