First time ever guest, stated I wanted a pedicure… over all before I could say if I wanted to proceed the guy was persistent on getting me to sit down, this was a red flag. Allow guests to know how much they are expecting to pay for services before hand, that way they don’t feel cheated, nor like they were forced into a buy they didn’t want. After explaining I wanted a polish base coat and top coat…no shellac even though I understand it last longer…I just want paint clear base coat top coat… I am a trained manicurist so I know the process and procedure.the base coat goes on the nail…which also attaches to the color , the top coat adds shine. I am sure I will be back in the chair in less than a week for failure to add a base coat which I asked for. I liked the quiet environment, felt clean, when it was over I was lead to the nail dryer where he tossed my shoes to the floor as if I was not a guest. I tip for services based on the service, and how I am treated if that is part of the service, I would like to return if I can be serviced by Lena, she seemed nice and did explain the $2 dollar service fee if customers use their cards. I would return in hopes to get thorough services. I liked the placed just not crazy about my first experience.

Wait times are ridiculous since/during the pandemic. Which isn’t too bad because that’s a sign of good quality work sometimes. My first time to this nail shop and my wait time was under 30 minutes. My nail tech took her time and kept asking me was I satisfied. I’ll be returning for sure. I’ll get my brows done next time. A fill in with shellac and nail polish change with shellac was $60.

This is the worst nail shop I ever been to please save yourself the trip . I literally left this shop crying because he was so rough taking my nails off that I start bleeding and my nail is still in so much pain that I can’t use it to open stuff up .
