I highly recommend Heather. In comparison to my previous experience with Laser Hair Removal. Heather has made sure I understood the process, answered all the questions I had, took her time with the treatment and listened carefully to my concerns and previous experience. My skin is quite sensitive so she has taken her time to make me feel as comfortable as much as possible through this process. (In comparison to waxing laser hair removal is less painful and last longer!) I am thankful to Heather for her compassion at what she is doing and for making me feel special with every treatment I had with her. I’ve been to a few places for laser hair removal, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Heather is a complete professional and knows exactly what she’s doing, and knows how to work with her clients to make sure that their needs and concerns are met. At the same time, she has a huge heart. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. And, I can’t leave a review without giving this anecdote: I came down with covid and had to cancel an appointment. Heather actually offered to buy me groceries and have them delivered to my house, in case I wasn’t up to it myself. Honestly, she’s the nicest person you’ll meet.
