Follow up. Been going every two weeks now for several months since my first visit (reviewed below) and couldn’t be happier. They always take me in as a walk in usually as my job rarely lets me confidently book appointments so far out due to possible overtime. The other day I somehow broke a nail completely off and they got me fixed right up and even repainted all my nails as we could not match up my current color from a fill in two weeks ago, all this at no cost to me ( I did leave a tip of course) and I am set this time with an appointment for a new set to be put on in two weeks. Again I can not be happier with finding this place and becoming a regular customer. Thanks to all who work there!!

I made an appointment at this location and asked, prior to scheduling the appointment, the price for the particular service that I was going to be getting. I got to the location a few minutes before my appointment time and was told that they were a few minutes behind and that I would have to wait a few minutes. I understand that people run behind; however people were coming in the door and were being helped while I was still waiting after they said they hadn’t made an appointment. 20 minutes past my appointment time, I was told to sit down at a table. I specified that I wanted a full set with French, medium length and square (the same thing that I said over the phone.) The shape and length are fine; however the clear top part of the nail clearly shows my real nail underneath. I have been getting my nails done the same way for 14 years and I’ve never had this issue. I told the man who did my nails when he was done that you shouldn’t be able to see my real nail so clearly through the acrylic and he said that “it was normal and that it was fine.” I then get to the register to pay and I’m told the price was $10 more than what I was quoted over the phone. I understand if I would have gotten something additional, but I got EXACTLY what I had specified over the phone. Needless to say, I’m very unhappy with how my nails look, given the fact that they don’t even look like I had them done at a salon. They look like I had gotten some cheap ones from CVS/Walgreens and glued them on myself. People make an appointment for a reason and don’t appreciate being rushed off because you’re “busy,” when they voice that they are unhappy with the outcome and are paying for a service.

My mom and I came to get Mani/Pedis for girls day, and the service was absolutely ridiculous. They sat me first and made my mom wait 20 extra mins before being put in a chair while they kept seating other guests that came in after us. I asked for a gel pedi and the lady didn’t even cure my nails, she let me walk away with wet toes which bled and ruined my big toe. I was charged $55 for a “long full set”. Imma just let the picture speak for that. Finally, they did not sterilize or replace any of their tools. My mom didn’t even get her feet done Bc she was disgusted with the upkeeping of this establishment. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

I love the pedicures from this salon. They range from $35-65, so be sure to read the prices on the packages. Normal nail polish are those prices. It’s more expensive if you choose the gel application (when they put the lights over you between coats). Be specific, but make sure you relax and enjoy!

The first time we were here it was awesome! The second time, I think he was the owner, the guy did my husbands nails and they argued about how long or short for the nails and everything and then didn’t talk really at all after that. It was pretty silent he kept talking to the person next to him answering the phone and doing all kinds of other stuff. The second time here I dont recommend due to this experience.

Called a day prior for an appointment with Michael for a fill and design and was told a time to come in at noon next day. However, when I arrived I was not given Michael it was with another lady. She was very nice and did a great job and did not do designs. Overall, just a little miscommunication over the phone. Service was nice.

I went in yesterday To get a polish change and a fill on my nails and a polish change on my toes. The young lady that was doing my toes basically insulted me by saying that I had sausage toes. That might seem funny to a lot of people but to someone who has always had a problem with self-esteem that really shot mine through the roof. Needless to say the prices have extremely went up in this place because it went from $40 to now $60 plus a $10 tip. Which she Absolutely did not deserve. Needless to say I will not be returning here. I’ve never been so mortified in my life.

Horrible experience!!! I went in showing them what I wanted at first I said don’t worry about the designs on the picture the owner started “no we can do it” awesome then I seat with someone who doesn’t how to do designs, it was a sticker design he was trying to use. Then the guy doing my nails goes ask for help to put a sticker on my nail he basically gets no help. He tries again and does a horrible job to the out half of the sticker was on my nail then he proceeded as it was ok. I made him take it off!!!

Went in for a pedicure with normal polish that I had picked out, they kept. Pushing me to get the gel polish and the most expensive pedicure. When I told them no they started talking in their language, so I know they were talking smack. They guy was rough with my toes and it hurt. They weren’t very professional at all. Would not recommend going there.
