My husband has been an established patient for years. I called to see about getting him a refill and possibly an antibiotic which the doctor told him when he saw her in December to call if needed. Remind you he has a followup appointment in October. I was told that they would not call him in any prescriptions because he has not been seen recently. But, yet they cannot get him in until September. As I explained to her his rosacea was going into his eye. She didn’t care. So, would I recommend them?? NOT AT ALL!!! IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR RATING THAT’S WHAT I’D GIVE.

Very unorganized!!! They have changed my appointments canceled appointments and had me drive over an hour away for a procedure. Then cancelled my appointment to get the stitches removed and basically said I was on my own or I could wait 14 days for an appointment but she also said I needed to remove the stitches before then, so basically they said I was on my own. Her option was to go to a quick care facility and pay them to remove the stitches. Unbelievable!!! This was the Zanesville location BTW.

My daughter got a referral from her PCP to have her leg looked at. Best experience we have ever had going to a doctors office. Everyone was so kind and patient, got us back to our room very quickly. Very professional setting all of my concerns and questions were answered. I will always recommend this office.

Excellent experience. Had a lump removed and the staff starting from the front desk to the PA’s and Dr are very pleasant and eager to take care of any issues. So happy I’m an established patient and will continue going there!

Had an appointment Monday, was told they would call in a prescription by 5pm that day. I called the pharmacy Monday and Tuesday and they hadn’t received anything. Sometimes simple mistakes happen, I’m very patient. Wednesday and Thursday I left two messages with two different people about my missing prescription. Thursday she finally said Friday they would definitely get it sent. Friday came and still no prescription at my pharmacy. Will not return, or recommend. My prescription isn’t urgent, but after a whole week of waiting and being patient I’m irritated.

Horrible. Given wrong information, poor care, terrible bedside manner, no information when given a melanoma diagnosis, no opportunity to talk to the Dr except for the super quick hack job he did on my leg, the PAs (all wonderful, I have to give them that. The PAs are really nice) did everything except the 30 seconds it took him to slice a 5 inch by 2 1/2 inch section out of my leg. They even do the closure.

Go somewhere else. Inconsiderate, inexperienced and care free staff. Not comprehensive care and not knowledgable. The whole place closes down for lunch. Ever think of taking turns or shifts to ensure coverage?
