I’m not familiar with the area and there are several liked named stores. The receptionist was kind enough to guide me and wait patiently and hold a place for a walk in appointment. Jimmy did my dip manicure and he was incredibly thorough in his work. My nails are even in length and look amazing! Quick and reasonable service. I have been to Day 7 before and was satisfied, however couldn’t get an appointment. I was so glad that Ocean Nail & Spa. Will be back when I return to N Topsail Beach next year. Jimmy did a great job!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year. Recently my last few visits, my nails have been different shapes, particles in the polish, and paint chipping or bubbling the next day. I went in yesterday and they had an attitude when I asked to be seated next to my daughter. It all went down hill from there. I was asked to soak and remove the old polish myself while the nail tech walked around and had a smoke break, the filing was aggressive and painful. When he finished the dip and told me I was done I asked if my cuticles were going to be cut and cleaned and I was told that it was an extra charge and not apart of service? I’ve gotten my nails done here and only here and that has NEVER been apart of their policy. I tried explaining this and asked when it changed but at this point several staff members just kept telling me they don’t do an actual manicure anymore and became dismissive. I came in with my sister, niece, and daughter and all of us had several messed up nails. We spent a total of $200 just to leave with our nails looking like this? To charge the same price for half the service is not acceptable. Please stop RUSHING clients so you can take more! Your product is suffering and your customer service is terrible.

Absolutely amazing. I have never gotten my nails done ever in my 21 year of life and this was absolutely an amazing experience. Yes the nails don’t look exactly like the original picture, but I think they came out great in their own way. The design is similar but has its own artistic take.

Did not do whole manicure just paint and acrylic. Didn’t cut cuticles or clean nails before at all for me nor my mother. Had an attitude when asked certain questions and was aggressive when handling our nails. Nails are misshaped and there is stuff all in between my mothers nails. 0/10 do not recommend.
